Returns
Due to the nature of our subscription service and the curated items we provide, we currently do not accept returns on boxes or individual items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a credit.
Refunds
Refunds are available in limited cases such as:

Duplicate orders

Canceled subscriptions billed in error

Damaged or missing items (when verified)
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
